Vast Energy LLC was organized in 2007 as an Energy Management Company with a combined 135 years of experience in oil & gas exploration & development, both domestic and foreign.
Vast was structured to allow family offices, broker-dealers, qualified accredited investors, and industry partners to participate in the acquisition of ownership interests in a portfolio of oil and gas investments.
For the past three years, Vast has been heavily involved in the negotiations and advising a multi-billion dollar international fund with asset acquisition and capital allocation into strategic U.S. and International Energy assets. Vast is also is focused on acquisitions and development of assets both upstream and downstream, primarily in the Rocky Mountain Region.
